Then send bills, summary and one cancel cheque leaf to our office I send it all bills, summary to your office, 11.08.14 I received sms from your side Documents received – claim under process amount is 2400/-rs only. 19.8.14 I call to again customer care they telling 13.08.14 we send some courier to you for we need some other papers from hospital. First time I’m claiming in star health insurance but not response answer in there Money not an issue but Star health insurance is very poor services …people aware with star health insurance
