I want to share my experience about this insurance company. I joined in this insurance since last year. Monthly I paid some amount and before joining they told that for any hospital case should get reimbursement.
I got admitted in hospital for a small operation and spend more than 20k. I collected all the documents and submitted. But from their side there were no response and didn’t get any confirmation mail too.
I checked with the customer service, they told they would not pay for this and this is not a serious disease. The agent told me one before and later he changed his promise.
This insurance company is not good for settlements of the claims. Everything is fake. Their premium is zero and not satisfying the customers.
There are telling many plans but not fulfilling. They are cheating the customers by not giving any reimbursements. They are telling some nonsense reasons to escape from this.
So I won’t recommend others to join in this insurance . It is money wasting only.
