They doesn’t give insurance claim if u don’t say them 1000 of times My sister is now at hospital( 4/8/21). Their is a place in small intestine where intestine got a bit lose( minor). we took her to the hospital bcz she couldn’t eat anything only she was vomiting so we took her to the best hospital and hospital had partnership with STAR HEALTH INSURANCE( APOLLO) in starting they told ok we accept life insurance from STAR HEALTH INSURANCE then we told ok we are hospitalizing her so the doctors can take all scan, test, etc. in the hospital only.But in end STAR HEALTH INSURANCE told we won’t give insurance like they really neglected and Apollo is saying pay all the money.( we don’t have problem we can pay and we payed also) but if they were not interested then why u told we are ready to give insurance claim. In the end see a good life insurance don’t go for this definitely read reviews and everything or every stuff. In our case we had money but I think about people who couldn’t be able to pay they would be in tough situation so choose wisely. PLS DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE. TO BE HONESTY IT’S FCKING WHOLE BUSSINESS.
