I got STAR Health Insurance but it’s been a bad experience. My insurance doesn’t cover much, so I had to pay for most of my medical expenses. I paid for tests, doctor visits, and medicines that I thought my insurance would cover. The customer service is not helpful either. They couldn’t answer my questions and were unresponsive. Also, the website is difficult to use and understand.


Furthermore, the process of filing a claim has been a nightmare. It takes forever to get through to the claims department and once I do get through, the process is complicated and takes a long time. I have had to wait weeks for a response on my claims and even then, the reimbursements I have received have been inadequate.


Overall, I would not recommend STAR Health Insurance to anyone. The coverage is extremely limited, the customer service is unhelpful, and the process of filing a claim is a nightmare. I regret my decision to go with this insurance company and I would advise others to choose a different provider.
