This is Swapnil Kumar, from Bhopal. There are 2 major Cable Distributors in Bhopal (they are known as MSO’s), RajTV, and BTV. I get raj tv.From the last 4 months, Star One is not coming on RajTV, but continuing properly on BTV. RajTV has a more widespread reach and there are no options for switching operators, so I cannot even switch operators!Only on Fridays, 10:00 pm, Star One appears for around 40-45 minutes, with it’s logo hidden, and a timer running in the bottom, as if the signal is being stolen.When I complaint to my local cable operator, he says that star one is made a paid channel, so they don’t know when it will come. One of them even said that until BTV has star one rights, it won’t come on RajTV.This is not a problem faced just by me, many viewers in Kolkatta, Lucknow are facing the same problem.I reported this twice, thrice to star tv customer care via e-mail, but no replies. I reported this on Star Indya Forum, but apparently the Star Guys are ignoring it.
This clearly shows that fans don’t matter much to Star One, it’s only money they want.They are not even negotiating.I hope someone reports this problem to Star and this time , they take note.

I am writing on behalf of all the customers of Vishwas khand , Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.Our cable operator is PR communications.His name is PANKAJ RAI.
We are not able to watch Star one.Problem is our cable operator.He is not ready to show it.We are constantly asking him to get star-one but all efforts in vain.
Sir Please we beg you to do something.Our cable operator shows star-one only on friday from 2200hrs to 2300 hrs that too stealing from some wherelse.Please we want to see the channel on daily basis.He doesnt listen.Earlier he use to show it properly but now he doesnt from last one month.
Please help us.Pls acknowledge my request.With all expectation of help from Your side.
