Yeah u got that right ! star plus is full of soaps which dont lather !! From one sad story to another , star plus acts like a soporofic drug which induces instant sleep.
From kyunki to kahani, all the stories are basically the same. With so much of rona dhona, your whole day gets spoiled. The most hilarious part of all these soaps is the time leap ! After a show on zee , I’m not sure which one decided to take a leap of 20 years, all the goddamn shows on star plus decided to do the same. And to think we call Anu malik a copycat. Even themes of all these serials are copied from western productions.
Most adults think WWE’s fake and not worth watching, but I feel its definitely better than watching a lot of glycerine induced crying and unimaginative story lines on star plus.Television is usually referred to as the idiot box and its all due to star plus !
Only thing good about star plus is its actors and actresses. They do a good job. You might have heard of stars dropping out of serials , eg rajeev khandelwal from kahin to hoga and others. Its probably because they have realised that sooner or later the public are gonna realise what crap they have been subjected to.2-3 years from now everyone is gonna switch onto discovery or animal planet.
Star plus is losing ground but at the same time have started Star one which has a lot of fresh serials.When one channel offers traditional rubbish the other provides a breath of fresh air..it seems to me they are manipulating the public to watch either one , depending on their tastes
