I am not a frequent visitor to the Salons like the Limelite kind. But this time I thought I will try one Old Madras road as this was near my house. This is the Star Sitara above Big Bazaar.
I met a person at the reception and asked for an appointment. He was not sure if he can give me an appointment and so wrote down my number. After some time I get a call saying they have time slots for us. Then we went in. We were three of us and he said that it will take 10 mins for one of us and so the other two went in.
Now even after an hour or so no one turned up to ask the customers who were waiting for there turn. In turn we could see most of the employees there chatting around and having a gossip over some issue. When queried about the turn, the guy would go in and then come out after some time without any response, as if we are not even present there. None of them had the courtesy to inquire about why we are waiting and stuff. We came back after sometime without getting a full service.
May never go back there. This was one of the worst experiences for customers at a saloon. Far better are the saloons on the streets, employees there know their customers very well and take good care. A very big no no to Star Sitara.
