StarBuck Coffee - It is name which requires no introduction for any one who has been out of India atleast once.
Its a Brand Identity and possible one of the best Brand Image with all ages. StarBuck can not be identified as a place of youth or the executive or the seasoned seniors. It has to offer all age groups.
The place is real cool though it serves piping hot coffees and its variants. The ambiance of the place is always cozy and full of warmth. No much to say about the sitting places identifed and cleary marked.
The staff are too polite and well behaved. They do have a good training personnel to look after them. They seems to know the trade of Hospitality to the last Y.
Now the Products, well they are good but certainly PRICEY. Imagine the price one pays for their products. Its too nosy but who cares when you are outside India. Its a Icon of its own and people do take pride to say had coffee at starbucks.
Certainly I would not like to call the place as VFM as I do consider the price is paid not for the product but for the surrounding and the image/brand euphoria created sorrounding the STARBUCK.
As I said, Needs real starry bucks to be at starbucks.
