Worst customer support

I too became emotionally influenced by the calls of "Boycott China" slogan to avoid any dealings with Chinese linked companies or buying it’s products or services.


Hence, I chose Tata’s Starquik.com instead of BigBasket.com. This turned out to be yet another disappointment as usual we face with most of the Indian online companies. I ordered 14 items from Starquik and got 9 items delivered the next day, even when I paid the bill in full. Items though shown in stock at the time of placing order are not reserved for you. This makes it that all items ordered are not necessarily delivered as they run out of stock at the storez. Starquik.com credited the difference value of items not delivered, into the wallet of my account. This forces me only to go back to Starquik.com to recover money already paid to them.


Moreover, they delivered one item totally different from what was ordered and though initially they promised to replace the item, it’s not done even after 10 days as of now.


What you see the major drawback with Starquik.com is that Star Bazar has opened outlets through franchisees through which they sell products and these franchisees do not keep up the standards of TATA GROUP to fulfill customer orders. And no one from TATA too is bothered to verify the business models operations in its entirety.


With such bad experiences with reputed business houses like TATA where do we go to help Atma Nirbhar Bharat Yojna?
