Hi I have been a stashfin customer for the past two months. As I wanted some amount, I opted for this app through a friends Reffreral. When I created an account, it asked me to submit my documents ie: pan and adhaar as a identity and address proof. As, it was my first time they only approved a loan amount of 500 and for the second time I got an approval of 1500 as I made the previous payment on time. The worst experience was yet to arrive ! The very next day, of making the payments on time, I started receiving calls from unknown numbers to make the payment ! I was spellbound. I told them Politely that I have made the payment and even sent them the sceenshot. Again the second day I started receiving calls. that is when I lost my cool and started blasting the caller for their pathetic customer service. Still the calls didnt stop! However After a long struggle, finally I got an option in the app to raise a ticket on the issue and after some days the calls stopped and the isssue got resolved. I am just wondering why cant they just keep a record of the payments being made and update them? I went through this horrible experience even after making the payment on time. I kindly request people to review these kind of loan applications in playstore before registering, so can you avoid such bad experiences.
