I have saving account in this bank from last 6-7 years. They gives better services earlier. But now new rules annoying me and my friends. Maintaning minimum balance in your saving account. As I am students I cannot maintain 2000 ruppes.
Also their phone banking servive is not good. After transaction they show notifications very late. If I want to talk about ATM services, they have number of ATM’S but they unable to maintain cash in all ATM’S. Internet Banking facility is better. Customer service is good, but at some branches their employees did not behave well with customer.
