Bad Review.
Although SBI made it’s way with core financial Banking, It’s well needed to improve it’s internal marketing sectors. As they well advertise their bank mentioning with educational Loan for Students pursuing Graduate and Post-graduate courses, But there is no real meaning in this unless you perform well in all the functional branches, Although we can’t blame all the officials, but still there are some who never interacts with the students well and also with the public.
Being sit in the well reputed Bank, They really should concern their well response to all the public to raise their good functioning. When I asked for educational loan in a branch, but the official didn’t respond well not even with casual talks, He made me to stand outside the cabin and talked with me and making insult to the customer. Then I went to Manager, he told me that your area doesn’t meet our requirements, you better go to your concerned related Branch, Then I went to the other branch and their also the same story, Even they won’t introduce us to the Education Loan and it’s effects, He just nodes his head and made me feel bad, If we officially go with the parents, Then they might take this issue seriously, So better go with your Parent’s to inquire regarding these things, But really some Bank employees are really rude towards to their customers and make them unhappy with their behavior.
