Today am sharing my review for this bank i.e State Bank Of India.
From last 5months I have been with this bank, as we know that this comes under the govt. Authorities so its a govt. Bank.
If there is involement in govt. Sector then work will be delayed.
So today am sharing my experience with this bank from starting to the end.
On july morning I go to the nearby state bank for new account opening I thought the procedure is easy and simple but I have to face many problems.
I have to run after the management to open my account because they are ignoring me all the time.
After 4-5 hrs of standing in a que they agreed and open my account by verifying all the documents.
Lets talk about phone banking, till now I have not face any problem.
ATM availability is all the time : ) so no problem with this also.
Internet banking is also good but crash sometime.
Customer service is not good at all because they always ignore there customer and very lethargic : /
