Slow and pathetic service

I had gone to open a Savings account at Kingsway Nagpur branch. The service was so slow that I finally ended up creating an account at anothet bank.


I selected SBI, since it was government bank, secondly the ease to get loans. Thirdly its availability in every city in India. But being a government bank, most of the employees are lazy to help or even listen to your query. The bank is always filled with loads of customers with no one to listen to.


I wanted to open a savings account, so I first went to a counter from where I was directed to a second one. After waiting for 10mins, since the lady was talking on phone, she directed me to fill a new account form and proceed to counter 5. I duly filled in the form and reached counter 5. Counter 5 had no employee sitting there. I then inquired at the nearby counter and they said, he must’ve gone to the restroom, will come in few minutes. I waited 30 mins, with no sign of the employee, lost my patience and left the bank.


What an irresponsible staff! These bank staff don’t care for the customers. They just come, gossip, have tea, talk rudely to the customers and leave. I saw all of this while I wasted 1 hr sitting there waiting for my turn to make an account. After this experience, I left for another bank and got my account made in 15 mins.


Totally disappointed! Definitely not recommending!
