LIVE EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER HUMILATION

In times of electronic services also SBI is reluctant to recover from a sickly work culture towards common class customers. Phone banking and internet banking are too complicated to be handled by common men.

Not specific by name of any branch of staff members but I have my personal as well as examples of other common men who are customers who suffer every time when they look ahead to the SBI branches for their services.

The ATMs are poorly maintained, i.e. cabins, machines, doors, staff(if at all present), and lastly don’t expect cash of your need.

In general the work is accomplished in a manner that comes between mild to severe rudeness alongwith an additional attribute of shortage of staff at bank branches. The SBI staff hardly keep or honour the time schedule for availing the services to the customers. They speak polished lie and prefer to pass on the task till next time/visit.

The innocent and novice type of customers are interacted in a sarcastic manner. There is mockery of democratic way of working in SBI branches.

Yes, their would be branches that work in exemplary manner.

But, to observe poor behavior and time schedule even way of handling operation in careless or with ignorant attitude is unfortunate and most of the times, say, 99% it is not feasible for a person to involve in a wasteful activity of complaining about multiple numbers of staff for their bad way of working and ruin his/her peace of mind and life schedule.
