I have got long connection with this Bank I must say its service is sometimes frustrating, But when it comes to INDIA it is one of the most transparent bank...Even if you are charged extra by mistake they will make sure to reverse it. This is the only bank which will not cheat you by telling * Conditions Apply.
I think if someone is planning for Housing Loan this is the best place.
You may have to wait little long but it will be the best deal even money wise and even property documents wise.
