I have an account in SBI, Kakrola branch which is located in New Delhi. I opened my new account here, they told me that I will receive my ATM card on my home, they will send it to my adress throught courier but I didn’t received my atm card. I talked to the manager of the SBI branch. He told me to contact the post office as they have already sent my atm card. I went there in Post Office they told me there no courier on my name. They refused to have any letter. I Went again to the branch, now the manager tell me they have miss print a wrong adress. Thats there mistake now they will again sent it to my adress. This is how they disturb there account holders. Worst service.
