It is one of the worst bank I have ever visited
its every service is very slow like its phone banking which also very difficult to get
though its ATM’s are in huge number in any city but many of them are always not working so what the use of it
talking about internet banking it as hard as to get an account in an SBI brance in the digitisation process you cannot accept bank to provide this type of net banking
yes its customer service is also very slow you always have to stand in line to get your work done
