I am having a current account in this bank. But I feel very bad because of its poor service and terms and conditions. First of all, I have to keep minimum 500 balance otherwise it will charge fine on me. This system is one of the worst system. And the customer service is very bad. Whenever I go to deposit my cash in the bank, all the staffs have no manner how to talk with the customers. And they also do our work very slowly. I am having a debit card due to which I can easily withdraw my money but for deposit of money I have to go to bank. It is also having phone banking facility. But I don’t feel safe. But still, it is the most famous bank in our country. This is very bad.
