The costumer service provided by the bank is very poor. As I needed to open a savings account the officials were very rude and they even did not tell the required documents for opening the account.
The one thing that I liked the most about this bank is that the atm service provided is very good.As sbi atms are available almost at any locations, however far away the places may be.
