I have a SBI saving account since 2014. In gauripur Branch. My branch code is 7416. But the thing is I am very unsatisfied with this SBI branch services. Because every time I visit to this SBI branch. The staff of the bank pay very less importance to their consumer.
The consumer satisfaction level of this branch is equal to zero. The staff of this branch is very lazy and inattentive in their work. When I asked the staff of the bank any question they give an inappropriate answer in a disgusting manner. Not only I maximum number of customers of this bank is very unsatisfied with this Branch facilities and service.
