I have account in this bank for 4 years in kurla branch.
Lets first talk about worst thing.
Customer service is the worst thing, I think in all branches of sbi.
The total service provider in my branch is 4 people.
But you will always find one person is missing or sometimes 2 people.and the result is long everlasting line .and assistant manager is just busy with account opening forms .
You will have to wait 15 to 20 mins just for passbook entry.
Other thing is good such as online banking, phone banking.
