Today I went to SBI for my getting my ATM pin. I was told to wait. I waited bfor more than 1 hours after which only the bank official said that they haven’t got the same.
This could have been told at the very 1st point. I could have attended my office. This kind of service is not expected from largest commercial bank of the country
