Im sharing my personal experience with this bank and it’s not important that goodones and badones also meet with yours experience. I holds an account in this bank since 2014 Oct. and the service is really excellent.
Every types of facility is available in this bank. Government employees are most important to this bank, because this bank has some extra features and plans for Government Sector Employees. My father also holds and account in this bank and he is a Indian Railway’s Employee.
But one thing is not good in this bank is that this bank cuts extra charges for any types of operation like if you are depositing money through CDM(Cash Deposit Machine at E-Corner) and without any debit or credit card then this types f operation will deduct Rs. on successful deposits. There are also extra charges will be applied for transferring a fund in Inter Beneficiary account(In account holders of other banks). After all it’s a good bank and also with good services.
