I have a bank account in the SBI branch. There are many negative things about the functioning of this bank.
Just for depositing some cash into my bank account takes a lot of time! I have to stand in the queue for about 30 minutes every time! Even to deposit in CDM also take more time for waiting in queues or not CDM working mostly. There is no cash deposit kiosk in any of the branches/atms. The bank is always crowded and the staff is too slow! staffs are too lethargic and not in mind to help for customers. For every little thing like updating passbook is a hectic task!
Online netbanking is seriously painstaking.last 2 months before we make a online payment in netbanking. that amount didnot reach customer and debited in account. for that issue we are begging for one month to refund the amount again in my account. still now yet not get that amount. I think this is a main sbi issue in the entire nation. The servers are always down and upi service too is very poor. That is why I have switched to hdfc, bank of baroda and Indian bank now for my transactions
