We all know about sbi bank It is the largest bank of india In every state the branches of sbi are avilable.Also in rule book of sbi bank when any customer behave rudely with the employee they got punishment of 6 months jail and charged fine also But if any employee rudely behaves with customer no action or rule for this.Bankers have make own rule.I shared my own experience I want to go in sbi bank for make a demand draft But bankers said without check you dont make a draft.when I call in customercare of sbi inform about this checkbook is needed to forming a demand draft she said no checkbook is not needed for forming a D.D.
