SBI is the most lazy bank, hope all of you are aware of that and they don’t want to any work because they are working in government department.
Here I will explain sum key matrics to let you peoples about the reality of the SBI.
This is the largest service providing bank but employee don’t have atiquette about how to handle their work and provide a better service rather than they always say no.
One more interesting fact which is there; they always saying "Go to your branch" whenever you will go to any other branch you will face. The question is that what nonsence they are doing by becoming the largest nationalize bank. They must have to seperate their all branches.
If we talk about phone banking, ATM availability and customer support in all these terms the bank is below zero, if we measures its performs; even in offline they like to be sitted and don’t want to move their hands for printing a passbook. That is more complicated task if you are visiting a non- home branch.
Internet banking is the only part which is good and that’s only why ? bacause it’s operated by third party private developer company.
They should need to improve their services and employee behaviour towards customers.
They recently increased their service charge for every service by taking the advantage of cashless india. If not submit to bank its illegal and if you submit then bank taking charges as they want. I think people has to die theirselves or kill themselves. That’s a joke don’t go for it.
So, here I am strictly suggesting not to open a bank account in SBI. You must have to go for other banks.
