I opened my saving account in 2005 and using the service is very good but sometimes it is very painful due to government bank. actually I opened my saving account in agra main branch but after sometimes I left agra and live in delhi. so I decide to transfer the account from agra to mayur vihar phase -3 branch so I applied for transfer the account in agra main branch.
and when I go to mayur vihar phase -3 branch to submit my documents so they told me that account is transfered but the CIF is not transfered by the agra main branch. so I goes agra 2-3 times from delhi after that they transfer the CIF number. then I use my account in delhi.
so for small work I need to go bank 4 time, it was very painful for me.
