State Bank of India is one of the largest banking sector in India. But I am not satisfied with their services, because they charging a big amount as fine for small reason. When a customer fails to maintain minimum balance in their account the bank charges a big amount as fine.
I am in kannur, kerala, sometimes we can not available cash in SBI ATM counter.So the bank reduce their fine amount to customer satisfaction.
