This might be an observation that might be passable for few.
I have had relationships including savings bank, salary account, credit cards, personal loan and two-wheeler loan with multiple other banks - all private and big names.
Many of the times I wanted to contact the branch directly - for requests/grievances.
State Bank of India seems to be the only one to make available email ids of every branch publicly - and one that works with a response! 5 Star Rating, Definitely!
Others should wake up. I don’t see the point or any valid reason.
