SBI bank is government authorized bank.Mostly government financial works done by SBI .It’s a most authentic bank in India. But some time it’s gives bad service.one type of accident happens to me by SBI ATM machine. I am facing lot problem by this bank.Without typing amount page loaded and money deducting in my account. Why SBI ATM machine gave technical problem.it is very big mistake and bank not gave proper solution and not solve customer query regarding this type of ATM machine.one accident happened to me.i faced. On the diwali Vacation date of 19 October 2017.I was in Malegaon camp.i didn’t have any cash.i need some cash urgent.i checked mostly all atm near to me.mostly government and private bank ATM didn’t have any cash or mostly out of services.i went to SBI ATM at mochi corner near about at 7 O’clock.that time I understand I was very lucky beacuse in that atm had money.out side of atm long queue.near about 10 people.i stood in queue.My turn came.i inserted ATM card. entered Pin.but afterwards screen blank.i did’nt enter any key.screen blank 15 second.afterwards home page loaded automitically.I inserted card second time.card not accepted SMS showed on screen.i tried 2 time but same problem faced.afterward my wife inserted ICICI Bank ATM card.but same problem.card not accepted MSG Showed in screen.afterwards some other man came and he inserted his ATM card and Entered his pine and typed 12000 rupees.
