I have found in almost its every branch, staff are old and they do not want to work. They work just few times then take rest, long queues opposite e ery window in SBI.
And their staff don’t care if you have any problem. I have personal experience with SBI in my hometown in beawar rajasthan, many time faced problem. Mainly ptoblem with staff, they don’t respond easily.
Second and biggest problem with SBI is that their almost every ATM always will be empty or atm will be out of Service.
And currently they installed money deposit machine in my home town sbi atm room. I have mostly seen it out of service.
