Average service by SBI

SBI(State Bank Of India) is one of the oldest bank and have more ATM nationwide. However you will find very basic customer needs for which you have to compulsorily visit branch.


*ATM:** In my view SBI have good number of ATM present country wide . You will find SBI ATM even in small town or village and most of them are well managed and well maintained.


this is one of the advantage of SBI bank .


*Customer Service:*


When it comes to customer service SBI most of the time lagging for pleasant customer service experience. Most of the time bank is filled up with more crowd and you have to wait in queue for long time. Most of staff in bank is old age people 35 or 40+ age so it would be sometime difficult to deal with them. If you have forgot your atm pin then you need to wait for few days after applying for new PIN.


Same facility is available easily with other bank where you can place this request online and hardly you need to approach bank.


*Internet Banking:*


Internet banking experience is overall good experience. you can easily check your balance, do NEFT, RTGS transactions and so on however sometime website lags for loading and shows slow response.


*Phone Banking:*


Phone banking facility again a good facility and you can go for some features like deposit request and instructions for deposit maturity and so on .


My overall experience with SBI is good still there are lot of scope for improvements.
