State Bank Of India is also called in short SBI. It is Indias all rounder and top most nationalized bank.
In every branch of SBI there is too much rush and every type of people are working and banking there.
Its phone banking facility is good. By the phone banking we can know our account balance and transfer the money. many more facilities are available to customers through phone banking which is used in daily routine.
ATM service of SBI is awesome. At most of places SBIs ATM are available to customers for withdrawal of money and use of other facilities.
Internet Banking is the most easy way to do banking like fund transfer, RTGS, NEFT etc. This facility are used form our computer desktop or either from our mobile also. Only internet connection is required. For starting this facility the procedure is too complicated. But if it is activates it is good to use.
If we talk about the customer service it is worst. If we go to bank for an issue then 1st thing is in the bank to much rush.
2nd thing they can send us one table to another table and we cant got prior information. If we contact by phone to customer service then it is too worst. The waiting is time is to much to talk with its executive and there is no guaranty after talk with executive our issue is solved.
