It was good experience with SBI so far and I did not find any issues with this bank till date. Facilities are also good in SBI. I hold a salary account with SBI form last 2 years, the banking services are up to the mark and there is no delay in their services. Customer service and their response was good. They are giving good service to the customers. Other charges are heavy with SBI compare to other bankers. But interest rate was good.
I would like to say that the online banking services are also working in good way with the SBI. I dont have any issues with them till now. SBI has many number of atms and branches are very convenient to bank with the them.
