State Bank of India is made available in every state of India by the government of India.It is a government owned corporation with its headquarters in Mumbai, Maharashtra.It is the largest bank in India with 16000 branches.At present it has 131 branches in 32 countries all over the world.It is about to merge with its 5 associate banks that is SBBJ, SBM, SBT, SBH and SBP.After its merger SBI is said to be among 50 large banks of the world.But when it comes to customer service.It is quite poor( a little rude) and its always crowded.Other than that everything seems fine.Sbi banking app works fine.And is easy to manage account through sbi buddy.I am an SBI customer and this is my experience.
