There is no doubt that state bank of india is indias no.1 bank. But I think that there are so many demerits in state bank of India.
For every thing we have to get in a queue.this is the main problem.For everthing we have to wait for hours.
There is no system to make our work fast.I think that every one will except that as compare to the private banks state bank of India is not uptomark.
Although the trust on sbi is more than any bank.
