Hello guys Pavan here, today I’m going to share about my experience about this bank SBI.This bank is quite a good bank with vast amount of branches.I personally have an account there and the experience towards this bank is quite interesting.
The only disappointment about this bank is that the minimum amount should be kept in saving bank account is RS 3000, which I feel is unnecessary because most of plans released by government are straight-up joined to SBI so most of the citizens use SBI, even the poor people, so I find this rule to be unnecessary.The Officers interaction with the customer is good.
Overall the bank provides a good pack of benefits to their customers with quite a bit of disappointment.
