I have a account in state bank of India, but I dont have a good experience from it thats why I have closed my account, their customer service is not well, the staff is not helpful, they cant help the persons who have less knowledge about banks in comparison of private banks such as hdfc or axis.
This bank cannot be compete with these banks in terms of service, thats why I am giving a advice to government plz pay a little bit attention on thev staff and makes some rules for improving customer service of this bank thanks
