State bank of india refers our own bank with own services. Its just totally a worst bank with its staff services and customer experience services . Their app is not working well .
6 months before , I tried to transfer the money with th help of net banking application of SBI then what happened next my money was deducted but did not reached to whom I wanted to transfer and then I talked with the customer service , they did not got me what I was trying to say , they were just telling me Sir, you have to wait till 4-5 days may be there will be some mishappening technical problem occured when you were trying to tranfered the money . Customer service means help the customer and satisfy them with the solution but they were not doing that and I thought SBI did not trained them well regaring their all issues which occured in banking. Their Customer service has lack of knowledge.
