Hello, friends I want to share my personal experience about this bank. This is a public sector bank and not offer good quality of service’s. I am a student and iam from JNR city area. when I visit this bank 1 month ago then their passbook printing machine is not working. The peole told me it is not working from 15 days so I have to go through huge line.
Then 2 days ago I have visited the bank again for my net banking issue. The banker said that senior madam is not here so come again later.
But yesterday when I go to bank the banker is absent. So I have to suffer through a great problem due to poor service of staff.
So I think it is better to share my opinion with all of you.
