I recently opeaned a bank account in state bank of india. I have to say that this is one of the best public sector bank in india. And I have to say that my experience has been far better than other public sector bank. I was assited well by the bank staff who instructed me clearly about what ids I need to submit and clarified my doubt. He even enquired about my studies and felt like im a valued customer of the bank. Even though I was just a small depositor in the bank the staff was very friendly.
They had a smiling face put on . The bank provies almost evry service one can imagine of. They have a very good network of atm and also provide online banking facility. They even have a apl which is well designed. Overall I was very satisfied with the service provided by this bank. It is one of the best public sector bank in india.
