I know SBI is a big bank in INDIA . It is a government bank . But, SBI’s all branches are not good . I am disappointed with by SBI branch Mohisgote . Bank’s size is small . As it is very old bank& only one in our village, they have many customers . There have big amount of crowd maximum days . There have only two counters . Staffs are too many slow . So, when I went my branch I need to wait minimum 1 hours .
Behavior of staffs are not good . Mainly behavior of Case Manager is too rough . Also, his pronunciation is bad, voice is too bad . So, I am facing problem to communicate with him . Maximum time staffs are unable to update customer’s passbook . This is a big problem for me .
Many days they are unable to deposit money instantly, as link not available .
Some time they said they they are unable to clear my non sbi cheque for reason staff not available .
Now, I am facing problem to create INB facility . Branch manager said different reasons . As kit not available, if kit available then officer not available . Branch manager, service manager many time provide me wrong information . They asked me many unnecessary questions .
To create my account, they took 1 months .
To do any work on bank, I need long time . I have many many bad experiences with SBI branch . So, I can not recommend it .
