State bank of india though the largest public sector bank in india but I am as a customer of this bank not satisfied from this bank.
There customer services are zero, they don’t deal with there customers and the behaviour of the staff is also very rude.
Thanks to there internet and phone banking through which I can do my transactions from anywhere at any time without interacting with the rude staff of this bank.
There ATM services are not very good as maximum number of ATM’S are not operating at all.
