My favorite bank SBI, because there are so many reason, 1. ti’s the gov. bank, so we can trust them 100%, , 2.bank available in evry city or village, and ATM service is available all over the india, ATM facility are very good in every city in very less distance less than 2 km, which is very good for all customer,
all home branch of SBI are always crowded with people and gov.employed, all sbi bank have all facility, if I talk about phone Banking, in SBI bank now a days they provide very good phone banking like transfer money through SMS using MPIN, also they have made best application on google play store ANYWHERE SBI APP for all customer
internet banking is very good for all if have ID password than you don’t need to go SBI bank you can transfer, send receive money by internet banking, if you are student, than you must open internet banking because, in every gov. exam need to pay through internet banking, you can save time as well as money.
by using STATE BANK ANYWHERE APP, you can recharge your mobile, transfer, send, receive money, pay bill, see bank balance, customer service is not very good, always crowded with people, customer service employed are always busy, you have to wait a long time during calling in customer care center,
