It’s an incident of sec 2 sbi Noida branch I transacted rs 15000 from the bank but instead of getting 30 notes of 500 I received 30 noted of 100 and when I complaint the same to the higher authorities they responded with no empathy to my problem and showed a great level of indifference . I had a very difficult time and had to visit the bank 4 times so that I could convince them that this has happened with their ATM machine. I wonder these cases never happen with any private bank and if this happened also they heed to the problem of the customer at the earliest.
