State Bank Of India is one of the very lazy Bank in my city.One day I go for apply a student loan, the loan officer comes after Two hours late .We are waiting there like a fools and after he wants to submit of documents .we submits there all document but after we got a notice of that loan refusal.This bank s phone banking is not properly work good, some time it truck process, In my city there is only four ATM, one of between two in not working and other one we can’t withdrawal money because there not sufficient money inserted.After that I will say the internet banking is not working properly sometime at the time of transaction it stuck and transaction will not be completed.Its customer service is not good as we expected.
