Before my 12th standard I never visited any bank in my past years but the first boaring day of my life that I visited State Bank of India I am sharing my that experience.
Phone Banking service and Internet Banking service are very fast and it takes only a few minutes to complete the transaction.I do many transaction from SBI anywhere personal app or https://onlinesbi.co.in.At one time my ATM card withdrawal limit is exists so I try withdraw my some money on next day then also it shows same error.So I visit to the branch.
The ATM service available everywhere and the ATM works properly.There was no problem of cash unavailable.
Many peoples standing in a line to the managers window so I also stand in line.After 30 minutes my chance came to talk with them about my ATM Card issue.I tell them my whole problem.But it was my bad day, they tell me in very roughly language that that is not our fault, it was done by you.so I tell them we want to withdraw money still they did not listen anything.So I call to their customer care number 18004253800 and tell them the issue which I am facing.They gave a proper solution but branch manager did not do anything.So we face very bad experience at that time in this Bank but I go to bank many times then they solve my issue.
