I was too excited to have an account in SBI. For the shake to open the account, Even I buy their insurance plan and a demat account that I do not need at all. But Alas what disgusting service the Bank offers to its customers. Here is what I experience in the last 15 days.
I request them to change my mobile number for SMS Alerts for transactions through the Internet banking but the request could not succeed and when I call the customer care they ask me to try one more time . let me clear, there are three options to update your mobile no via internet banking details below:
OTP on both mobile no(Old & New)
Confirm via ATM
Confirm via Contact Centre.
I tried all the above methods two times each but yet I could not update my number. I also tried to contact the Nodal officer for the same but the number that the customer care gave me was not correct.
What can be worse than it. Now finally I have decided to quit and close the account as I am unable to access it.
