We all know this bank the most used the most trusted bank in india but lets talk about the darker side of this bank. Today I just visited the bank for making my debit card but what they told me is that you will have to give an application and after that it will take mire than 2 weeks for the card to come. Whereas when I asked in other Banks they told me that they issue debit cards instantly after the application is being submitted that moment I felt that it was my big mistake that I opened the savings account in SBI. And again the employees of the bank are very arrogant they won’t even help you with the information and will tell you to ask other employees. Very disappointed with their service.
